Lead On!: Lead On! Is a two-day leadership development program. At the end of the two-day Lead On! Program, your school will have a cadre of up to 40-50 Ambassadors and 120 Delegates active in your school. Ambassadors will be capable of independently (high school) and with coaching (middle & elementary) lead a peer-group through a variety of ice-breaker/community building activities. Contact us for more information about this program. Click here for a FAQ for this program (PDF format). Unity Leadership Conferences: These days typically take place in a school setting--private or public. 1-3 Facilitators work with your Leadership Team of 5-7 students to guide a group of 50 student representatives through a day of teambuilding, fun, issue awareness and action planning. This day is perfectly coupled with a day of faculty training to reinforce the concepts taught during the Unity Leadership Conference. Contact us for more information about this program. Retreats: Lasting from one-seven days, these retreats can take place on your site or one of our distant sites. They can be residential or day-retreats. The focus will depend on a needs-assessment to be completed by you and your youth. Contact us for more information about this program.

Train the Trainer: Ideal for the organization that has many youth workers--schools, church organizations/central offices, community centers--that is seeking higher prevention and intervention strategies to creating supportive programs. A typical Train the Trainer program consists of a Transferable Ground Inititiaves section; Action Planning; and Commitments. Transferable Ground Initiatives takes your adult participants through a sequence of activities with meta-processing on how to facilitate them within their own programs. Action planning challenges participants to look at their programs currently, and identify a goal to work toward. Commitments is just that--participants make a commitment working to achieve their Action Plans. All in a fun and experiential way, of course! Watch out--our Train the Trainer often involves blindfolds, mousetraps and other assorted props! Contact us for more information about this program. Curriculum Development/Overview: Does your curriculum need a fresh eye to spruce up? Perhaps participants aren't as engaged as you would like them--our Curriculum Development specialists will work with you to refine or create the ideal youth program! Contact us for more information about this program. Teacher/Youth Worker Training: Our team of seasoned professionals will work with your team of teachers or youth workers. Often this takes on the form of a day of team building, awareness raising, or other activities to propel your organization's team. Anti-Bullying Strategies: With an emphasis on creating a classroom of care, concern and character, our session on anti-bullying equips classroom educators and support staff on prevention and intervention strategies to respond to the very real bullying problem.
